What is scenario planning all about?
According to Paul Iske, Professor of Open Innovation and Corporate Venturing at the University of Maastricht, scenario planning can be seen as learning from the future. While no one can predict the future, the ability to respond to the future is what separates the companies that will succeed or fail in the future. This is all about agility.
